MUST READ ! De Lima, Robredo, Hontiveros Tops the List of “Least Likable” Politicians
A public survey conducted jointly by the University of the Philippines Department of Sociology, and Smart/PLDT reveals that Filipinos have enough with “obstructive and unhelpful” politicians.
The survey, which joined by 785 UP sociology students, and another 3,986 students of the same subject from different colleges and universities across the country, gives a clear indication that educated people don’t like politicians who are going against the president.
Smart released the result through Channel 4 on Sunday afternoon, and again through Bombo Radyo on Monday morning.
The survey is the first of its kind according to Prof. Feliciano Magtibay.
“We sent negative question instead of positive”, Magtibay said.
Through text, the question that says “Who is your least liked politician?” was sent to more than 10,000 students.
“We did not expect that most respondents said they don’t like Senator De Lima, Vice Pres. Robredo, and Sen. Risa Hontiveros among others”, Magtibay said.
Magtibay also added that the respondents named some local politicians especially in Metro Manila.
“I think the respondents are tired of listening to these people (referring to the three women)”, Magtibay added.
De Lima, Robredo, and Hontiveros are all against Duterte’s war on drugs.
“We expect some male names but we got minimal result on other names after Mar Roxas and former Pres. Aquino who came 4th and 5th, with Sen. Antonio Trillanes on 6th, followed by Sen. Bam Aquino on 7th”, he said.
Magtibay also added that some respondents said De Lima and Robredo are unhelpful and obstructive. /Pol Gomez – Quezon City/ [SOURCE]
