Panelo to De Lima be worthy the presidential shaming

She had it coming. And all the President wanted to do is to stop Sen. Leila de Lima from further ruining his reputation.

Presidential legal adviser Salvador Panelo said de Lima has went beyond the boundaries when she pushed the issue on summary executions. He said the former chair of the Commission of Human Rights has been politicking.

“She had it coming it’s about time to put it (the issue) in the proper place… masyado na rin, sobrang ginagawa nyang pamumulitika sa Presidente,” Panelo said in an interview.

In various instances, Panelo said De Lima failed to provide evidence of Duterte’s links with the so-called Davao Death Squad. “Sa madaling sabi sya ang nanira nang nanira sa Presidente and it’s about time that the President have to put a stop on her mga kalokohan,” he said.

De Lima and Duterte’s love-hate relationship started when the senator still headed the Commission of Human Rights (CHR) and the chief executive alwas mayor of Davao.
