Leyte mayor’s son is out of PH
The son of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa has already left the country.
Mayor Espinosa and his son Kerwin were allegedly involved in illegal drug trade in Eastern Visayas. The mayor has surrendered Tuesday morning after President Rodrigo Duterte gave him and his son 24 hours to surrender or face the consequences.
Immigration sources said Kerwin or Rolando Eslabon Espinosa Jr. left for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia last June 21 or nine days before Duterte assumed the presidency.
Kerwin left the country on board Flight 5J501 via Cebu Pacific. The source said Kerwin still has no flight record meaning he has not returned to the country.
