Intel showing ATM deals, phone calls, photos between Leila’s driver and Bilibid drug lords - Duterte

President Rodrigo Duterte revealed that he has high-level intelligence reports that would pin down the dealings between Sen. Leila de Lima’s bodyguard-driver and the convicted drug lords conducting their nefarious businesses inside the New Bilibid Prison.

“De Lima, I was listening to you,” said Duterte who refused to name the foreign government which provided him with wiretapped and intercepted information that would ling de Lima’s alleged lover, Ronnie Palisoc Dayan, with the lucrative illegal drugs trade operating out of the NBP.

“I would not say that I was the one who made the intercepts. It was given to us free by another country from … Even the ATM and the calls emanating from Muntinlupa to his driver,” said Duterte in a 1 a.m. press conference Sunday at Davao City. Duterte said he also has photos showing de Lima frolicking with a drug lord inside the NBP.

“If she would face me, kaming dalawa lang, the two of us and I would tell her to explain to me your immorality and explain to me your connection to the drug deal. And why is it that during the birthday of one high profile inmate, you went ahead inside with your driver and celebrating with the rest of the inmates, the party inside the prison? She cannot deny it because there are pictures taken at that time. But she never, for a moment, talked even to just to deny it.” said Duterte.

Duterte had hinted about an alleged dossier he has compiled against de Lima in a previous speech. “Yes, we have been also tailing her. She said follow me. I’m not only following her, I’ve been listening to you, my lady. I’m not only following you, I’m hot on your tails,” said Duterte.

“Kung magsabi ka na killer itong mga taga gobyerno – which is really an insult – so you get an insult also. You get to impute, attribute a lie to us, then I’ll tell you, the public about the truth of you. No, what you can do I can do ten times better, parang ganoon iyon. I will produce to you a tape,” added Duterte.
